R' Nakhum Epshtein, son of R' Yehuda Leib R' Nakhum was born in Visoki, 1846, and served in Kobryn as a Chassidic Admor. His father, Yehuda Leib was head of the Judiciary religious court in W-L and his grandfather Yosef Epshtein lived in Wysoki.
