In the book Tents of Shem, by Shmuel-No’akh Gotlieb, Pinsk, 1912, his name appears in the list of Rabbis under the letter Yod on page 34 of the book. The author writes in detail on page 75 about R' Yehuda Leib son of R' Yosef Zelig Zhahari'ya. He was born in 1850 and served as the Head of Rabbinical Court in Visoki D'Lita some time between 1878 and 1890. In those years he served in several places.
