The book Tents of Shem, by Shmuel-No’akh Gotlieb, Pinsk, 1912, makes reference on page 34 to R’ Yehuda Leib Zhahari’ya, son of R’ Yosef Zelig, who was appointed Head of the Rabbinical Court in Visoki. R' Yehuda was born in 1850 and served in Visoki between 1878 and 1890.
