born in Russia in 1887 made aliya in 1890 son of Yaakov and Keila Visoker. Was an agriculturer, citrus grower and wood merchant. Owned a warehouse with props for trees and fences. Was an initiator and active in the community. Was well known in the human scenery of the village. His wife: Nekhama and their children: Yaakov, Aharon and Ahuva.
Notes: According to his biography, and the biographies of his parents and brothers, Moshe was Isaac-Yaakov's son and brother of Kopel.
