The Visokers in Petakh-Tikva
The Visokers of Wysokie were among the Rishonim, the founders, and are documented as such in this official history of Petach-Tikva (in Hebrew).

Item 8 [of 9 requests to Baron de Rothschild, the sponsor of Petach-Tikvah] states that the colony's request to allot the Visoker family 100 dunam [1 dunam = 1000m sq] from the new farm, is granted on condition that they deposit in the bank the amount of 1000 FF [French Francs] that was collected in the colony and the rest of the sum will be paid within 12 years in this way: the first 2 years – 50 FF a year, the next 2 years – 100 FF a year, the third two years – 150 FF a year, the next 2 years 200 FF and in the 4 last years – 250 FF a year. The Visoker family must acquire promissory notes guaranteed by the committee of the village for those sums.
